Our 6th Annual Family Picnic was a remarkable day! With a turnout of 127 kids and their families, the event was a big success! There was fun games for all ages, and a lot of prizes up for grabs. It was, quite simply, an unforgettable day of joy and community.

One of the highlights of the day was the incredible generosity of Jae & Everest. Each child received a backpack filled with school supplies, ensuring they were well-equipped for the upcoming academic year. Nicks Kids also received a donation from Nike – 125 pairs of shoes! This generous gift not only provided comfort and style but also boosted the self-esteem of many children. It’s more than just footwear; it’s a step towards confidence and a brighter future.

The kids didn’t just leave with backpacks and shoes; they also enjoyed free back-to-school haircuts, thanks to Barber2You in Torrance. Looking sharp and feeling confident, they’re ready to conquer the world, one classroom at a time.
